Registration Instructions
Please be sure to select the correct registration type based on your affiliation, this is important to ensure accurate registration.

Delegate Registration Instructions
- Conference Registration from April 1st through April 30th is $225 a person for our early bird special.
- Conference Registration from May 1st through May 31st will be $275 a person.
- Unlike conferences in the past, due to our limited seating, only two people from any given facility will be allowed to register for the conference to accommodate as many facilities having representation as possible. Please do not circumvent the registration process by adding a third person, as we will cancel that registration and refund the payment.
- Anyone who misses out on the early bird registration will not be guaranteed their choice of shirt size.
- If your particular registration group sells out, please add yourself to the waitlist. We will contact you in order of sign-up onto the waitlist if there are cancellations or if MAPS or SEPA do not use their full amount of registration slots.

Vendor Registration Instructions

Vendor Registration is open from April 1st through May 31st.

Vendor Registration is $1,225 a vendor.

Cost breakdown is $225 for conference registration and $1,000 for 15 minutes of presentation time, booth space in our vendor hall, and one full-page ad in the conference program.

If any vendor registers 2 representatives, the price would be $2,450 with a price breakdown of $450 for conference registration and $2,000 for the above-listed 15 minutes of presentation time, booth space in our vendor hall, and one full-page ad in the conference program.
- Once all 20 main vendor dome time slots are sold out, we’ll open a secondary vendor registration category. This tier costs $225 for conference registration, plus a $500 vendor fee, for a total of $725. It includes vendor hall booth space and a half-page ad in our conference program. Please note that this registration does not include dome speaking time.

As with our delegates, we are not allowing 3 or more representatives from any given vendor.
